Role Overview:
As a key member of our Hospitality Staff, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the experience of our guests at Laminor Arena. Your responsibilities will include top-notch service in offering food and beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring the seamless operation of our venue’s hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
– Warmly greet and serve guests with utmost efficiency.
– Prepare and serve various food and beverages.
– Keep a tidy, organized, and well-supplied working area.
– Follow all health and safety regulations strictly.
– Handle cashless transactions proficiently, ensuring a smooth payment process.
– Manage inventory control and restocking of supplies.
– Work in unison with the team to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– A lively, positive attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
– Familiarity with cashless payment systems and general digital competencies.
– Food and beverage service knowledge is a plus.
