Role Overview:
The Wardrobe Attendant at Laminor Arena is responsible for managing the coat check and garment care services, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience for our guests. This role is crucial in maintaining the order and professionalism expected at our prestigious venue.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet guests and assist them with coat check-in and retrieval services.
– Ensure careful handling and secure storage of guests’ garments and belongings.
– Maintain an organized and efficient wardrobe area.
– Manage the ticketing system for garments confidently and accurately.
– Provide guests with claim tickets and handle queries or concerns with courtesy.
– Keep the wardrobe area clean and tidy at all times.
– Collaborate with the hospitality and event staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
– Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
– Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
– Detail-oriented with an aptitude for maintaining organization.
– Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak event times.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
– Basic computer skills for managing digital ticketing systems.
– Proficiency in Romanian and English; additional languages are a plus.
